Bully is a miniature English Bull Terrier, a restricted breed in Ireland. His owners Suzie and Marc are often told that he is ugly and he should have muzzle on him even when he is chilling out in his own front garden.

Mr Bully came into the studio last week with his best pal one year old human Conor. The bond between them is magical – at one point Conor who is teething thought that Bully’s ear looked rather tasty and with no hesitation, bit it. Bully reacted in a manner that seemed so natural to him, jumping up and moving away. He then turned back around and proceeded to lick Conor all over the face as if to say ‘I know you’re small so you’re given’. Bully is extremely affectionate and as you can see from the photos not only stunning but incredibly obedient and extremely tolerant.

The aim of The Restricted Project is to give people a chance to see these restricted breeds in a different light to how they are usually perceived. This is Mr Bully and this is his real personality, so if you see him on the street please don’t run away in fear, show him a bit of attention, ignore the dog breath and enjoy lots of licks.
